Swift Electrical provides licensed electrical services in Christchurch and surrounding areas, including installations, repairs, upgrades, and emergency electrical support.
By booking a service through our website, phone, or email, you agree to receive electrical work in accordance with New Zealand safety standards and applicable laws.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is upfront and transparent. Emergency callouts have a standard rate of $200 for the first hour.
Final costs may vary if the scope of work changes. You will be informed and asked to approve any additional charges in advance.

3. Booking & Cancellations
You may book services online, by phone, or email.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved invoicing arrangements for commercial clients.
Late payments may incur interest or recovery charges.

5. Warranty & Liability
All work is completed by licensed electricians and comes with a warranty on workmanship for 12 months.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all products installed.
Swift Electrical is not liable for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., power surges, natural disasters).

Submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
